Support Coordination is a capacity building support in some participants’ NDIS plan.

Support Coordination helps you:

  • Understand your NDIS plan. A support coordinator will help you understand the support categories in your NDIS plan and how the support categories are managed.
  • Plan and coordinate supports. A support coordinator helps you find services, supports and providers (for NDIS and non-NDIS services) that will help you reach your goals. The plan and coordination of supports should be based on your preferences, needs and circumstances.
  • Connect with supports. Our support coordinators can help you find NDIS and non-NDIS services that you can access. We can also help you submit referrals and assist with intake processes. Our support coordinators can help submit referrals for services
  • Establish and maintain your supports. Our Support Coordinators can make sure you have service agreements in place with your NDIS providers. We will check in with you to make sure you are satisfied with the supports you are receiving. We can help you monitor your spending in your NDIS plan.
  • And so much more! We report the NDIA, can help you with change of circumstances, assist you with collecting reports from providers to assist with end of plan reviews.
